Transportation
The Transportation Planning & Traffic Engineering Division strives to find optimal solutions that balance the transportation, parking and traffic needs of our community. We work closely with the Traffic & Parking Commission, comprised of City residents, to improve existing programs, such as preferential parking permit zones, and develop new programs. We also monitor and develop reports on regional transportation and air quality issues. We believe in responding to community concerns in a prompt, professional and respectful manner. Below are some of our programs and projects. You can also view more projects on the navigation menu on the left.
Complete Streets PlanThe City of Beverly Hills is in the process of developing a Complete Streets Plan, which will be a guiding document that aims to balance the needs of all users – those walking, biking, taking transit and driving – to address mobility for everyone throughout the City. All members of the community are invited to attend upcoming workshops and community “pop-up” events. The next community workshop will be held on Wednesday, August 22, 2018, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., at the City Hall Municipal Gallery (455 N. Rexford Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210).
